This unit is ready to camp. Comes supplied with about everything you will need. All you need to pack is your favorite pillow, your clothes, toiletries, and food/beverages.

-Rear Bunk House.
*Two Bunks (1ea).
* Double Bed (Sleeps 2).
-Fold down kitchen dinette (Sleeps 2 small).
-Jack Knife Sofa (Sleeps 2 small).
-Indoor/Outdoor Speakers
-2 TV's
-Full stocked kitchen (plates, silverware)
-Outdoor Rug.
-Chairs.
-All Cooking Ware Needed to cook.
-Tri-Pod.
-Plus tons more.I am easy on pick up and drop off times. Times can vary based on circumstances, just let me know. Delivery times can vary depending on my personal job.Please treat this camper as your own, please do not trash or destroy this. You will be responsible for damages. I do ask that ALL beds be stripped and thrown in the basket in the front room. That all trash be picked up and thrown out. That the gray/black tanks be emptied when leaving your destination.Please show up with a truck capable of pulling this camper, please note the weight and length. Only registered guest may tow the camper. This is for safety and insurance reasons.Fees do include Propane re-fill and cleaning fees.
