2017 Rockwood Ultra Lite 2906 WS. Sleeps up to 4. Three slideouts provide a roomy home. With air mattress on the floor it will sleep 6. Comfortable memory foam topper queen bed in the main bedroom. Foldout couch that sleeps 2. Will deliver to local lakes Boyd, Carter, Jackson for a fee. Three quarter ton tow able if you want to take it yourself. Comes furnished with all bedding, pillows, and coffee pot. I also fill the camper with water, ensure gray/black tanks are empty and propane bottles are full before every rental. If you need more of these items while you are out then you will need to fill. Camper has Heat & A/C (as long as you are connected to power or running generators). Generators & Camp Stove are available if needed - see Add-ons. Great camper for all weather, has Tank Heaters. Available through the winter although will be winterized after Thanksgiving so only dry camping will be available. Still have Heat, TV, electricity. Can de-winterize for an additional $150 per trip. Great for Lake, Mountains, Music Festivals, Island Grove Dog Shows, Hunting Trips or anywhere you want to tow a nice place to call home.Tank Sizes 60 gallon
