The only big rule that we have is there is absolutely NO Smoking inside. If there is signs of smoking inside, your full security deposit will be kept for a deep clean.Sleeping: 2 on Queen in master bedroom, 2 on full pull out couch in living roomWe are very easy-going owners. Just take care of it like it's your own and you will have a wonderful experience!We will deliver the RV within 100 miles (for special occasions, contact us for further travel and we will make accommodations).

All-purpose cleaner with paper towels (only 2 rolls), trash bags, trash can and a broom and dustpan. Included are 4 plates, 4 cups, 4 coffee mugs, and a silverware set for 6. We have 2 frying pans, 2 saucepans, baking sheets, and a toaster. Plus salt and pepper and a spice rack (with various common spices)Outdoors:
We have a 50 amp plug that steps down to 30.Cleanliness:
All linens, bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels are cleaned after every rental. All pots, pans, silverware, and cups are returned clean, but we run them through the dishwasher at home anyway. We take pride in our cleanliness and we hope you do too! We also spray everything down to ensure all germs are eliminated!Bathroom:
Toilet paper is provided with the rental. Please do not throw any wet wipes, feminine products, or any other items in the sewage tank. If I need to go sewage fishing, your full security deposit will be used. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are included also.RaccomandazioniFull hookup (water/electric/sewer) is required.
