This was our second time renting Dylan's travel trailer, and once again he exceeded all of our expectations. The trailer was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described, making for another fantastic weekend. What really sets Dylan apart is how helpful, responsive, and genuinely friendly he is. He takes the time to answer any questions, makes sure you're comfortable with everything before your trip, and truly wants you to have a great experience. It's rare to find someone who provides this level of customer service. We wouldn't hesitate to rent from Dylan again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a stress-free RV rental. Dylan is terrific. Showed up on time, gave us a very thorough briefing. We had a water problem with the campground but with Dylans help we managed until the campground finally repaired the supply problem. The Only problem we had with the trailer provided by Dylan was the black water holding tank. The gauge wasn't working on it and it filled up after the third day with only one person using the toilet. Really nothing could be done at that time so we left one day early. Can't say for certain if it was the tank not being completely empty despite the gauge showing it was not, or our excessive use. In any event leaving early was not a big deal for us and we made sure Dylan knew that. He is and exceptional host.

The RV was great for our family. Clean, spacious, and functional. Dylan was a great communicator and worked with us to meet our needs. All in all a great experience.
