Modern camper, only a year old, with all the bells and whistles! Upgraded insulation, quick recovery water heater, fully ducted a/c and heat, large bathroom, tons of indoor storage, full indoor kitchen, outdoor kitchen with fridge and stove top, 15 ft electric awning, outdoor spray port, and bluetooth radio with indoor and outdoor speakers. Compass app available to control most camper functions! Sleeps 4 -5 with Queen bed, lay flat dinette, and double bunks. Queen bed has foam mattress topper. Cosa è inclusoAll kitchen necessities will be provided including pots/pans, plasticware, and utensils. Large outdoor camping mat, 2 smaller tables, 1 swing chair, and additional camping chairs provided. Camper stocked with board games. HD projector with large screen can be provided upon request, games are free but projector carries a fee (requires either wifi or dvd player). All other camping necessities such as all hoses, blocks, and Anderson leveling system are provided. Flashlights, kids fishing pole/tackle kit, and other camping knick knacks also provided. If you need anything additional, feel free to ask. Linens are not included.
