4.0My family and I had a good experience renting from Ronnie. We had some trouble at setup with the fridge not working but Ronnie stayed for hours to ensure that it was fixed. I really appreciated that! Other than that, things were good and lots of amenities and extras were supplied like linens, blankets, towels, coffee pods, chairs and games available.

5.0This is the second time we've rented from Ron. He continues to provide a great product and exceptional customer service. Delivery and set-up was on time and he explained all the details of the unit well. We would recommend him.

3.0The host was very nice, easy to talk to and work with. We drove from Kentucky to P. J. Hoffmaster park on Lake Michigan. Due to traffic we had to change our delivery time several times. Set up took longer than expected and it was very unstable after he left. We slept in it several nights before someone pointed out our stabilizers were not down in the front. Once that was corrected it was much better. I had to clean most areas before we could take our things inside. All cleaning supplies were there which helped. The bunks were dirty on the top and we could not reach the area with the vacuum. So my grand daughters were not too happy but they covered the area up with blankets and sheets. We made it work. The lighting and heat worked good. The tanks filled up before the end of the second day. As far as comfort the bed had a plastic cover and it made a lot of noise. We gave my son and his wife the foam topper so the table bed was more comfortable. The 3 girls made out best in the bunks. Lots of cushion. It is a beautiful area and we spent most of the time outside hiking , playing and visiting the beach.
