Our brand new 2022 Luna Rover is the perfect get away rig for your next adventure! Whether you are heading towards the mountains or off road in the desert, this super light weight, versatile camper is everything you need and more.The inside of our Luna Rover is fully equipped with a queen bed, television, DVD player, radio, overhead vent fan, AC unit, and even an electric fireplace! This camper is equipped with a huge front window that you will not find in other teardrops. Two bench seats with extra storage sit in front of the window and the bed folds up into a futon so you can invite your friends over to chill and relax in the great outdoors.This small teardrop camper has all the amenities you will find in a larger rig but is way more capable to get you where you want to go. The Luna is equipped with a 15 1/2" clearance, off-road tires, and a dry weight of only 1,850 pounds so it can be pulled by almost any vehicle.Open the back hatch to find an amazing kitchen for a camper this size. The kitchen includes a large farmhouse sink, two burner cooktop, 12V refrigerator, microwave, and plenty of cabinets/storage for all your cooking and food supplies. It is equipped with a 8.5 gallon fresh water tank if you are boondocking or you can hook up to city water at your campground. Camper is winterized from approximately November - March. (Meaning no running water through the system. Everything will be running and working.)This camper is perfect for your ultimate road trip with your partner or for a weekend getaway with your family. Enjoy two of the best national parks in the US, world class mountain biking, hiking, and off road adventures.If you want somewhere closer head up towards the Colorado National Monument to enjoy hiking, biking, and some great campground which looks over the entire Grand Valley.Some other great options are to head about an hour and a half east on I-70 to Glenwood Springs, Carbondale, Basalt, and Aspen. We lived in that area for about 5 years and loved everything about it. Enjoy natural hot springs, hiking, quaint towns, and gorgeous mountain views.Our final recommendation is to head south towards Telluride. This is our favorite Colorado mountain town in the most beautiful area of the state. Only 2 hours and 30 min south of the Grand Valley, this town is an absolute must for anyone visiting the state. This camper was our home for the summer of 2022. We built life long memories in this camper during that time and now we hope you will too!
We traveled through the midwest and along the South Eastern coast of the United States exploring 15 states in 2 months.
Colorado has been our home for the last 4 years and what we love most about it is all the unique places to visit. Many of which are within 2-3 hours of our home in Grand Junction. We hope you will love our Luna as much as we do... happy adventuring!!!
