Pick up & drop off times are by appointment only and are TBD with renter's input. Times for pick up and drop off are between the hours of 9am - 6 pm, unless special arrangements have been made before rental starts. The renter is liable for a $75.00 charge per each 30 minutes late. At drop off time for the RV, Trailers and the Luxury bathroom, the renter must be prompt and present. If the renter for the Luxury bathroom does not have the generator or the appropriate plug-in (30 amp) and the water source ready at the scheduled time of delivery the renter will be charged $75.00 per hour. Motorized units - 150 miles/night included. 7 full nights = 1050 mi. Over miles $0.50/mi. Generators $3.00/hour. If renting a travel trailer without a generator, generators rent for $55/day. Two generators are needed to run the A/C if the trailer is not connected to direct power. All Units - All holding tanks need to be emptied, fuel (gas/propane) tanks need to be filled prior to return. If holding tanks are not dumped or fuel tanks are not filled, a $75 labor charge per service (holding tanks, gas & propane) will be charged plus the cost of any fuel. Units are stocked with mattress covers, RV safe toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, utensils, cookware, and service for 6 (or for the total number of sleeping spaces). Linens, towels, and toiletries are not provided. Linens can be rented as add-ons. Call for other available add-on options and prices. Pets are allowed in select units when pet fee and pet deposit has been collected. All units are non-smoking. All units are winterized during the cold months. During this time there will be no running water. If a unit is taken to an area with below freezing temperatures before the winterization process and the hoses freeze, the renter is liable for the repair/replacement of any damages incurred.
