The Rustic Mickey is a 6’x12’ trailer, weighing 1,940lbsTrailer’s conversion was designed to get lost in the woods and be off the grid!*Please Note that this trailer has old decals on the outside, we had to use AI to remove the decals to allow the website to post the images. Unique Features:
Power: This Rustic Mickey is built on a 12-volt system with a very large battery that is monitored by a 100-watt solar panel. The trailer can also be plugged in via a standard extension cord (we don’t think you’ll need it, but one will be provided). There are 2 onboard cell phone charging stations. There is also a power strip that works when the camper is plugged into shore power.Climate Control: The Rustic Mickey has both a ceiling fan and side fan to move air throughout the trailer. The trailer also has a propane heater installed to assist with year round comfort. If using the heater just make sure to have the ceiling fan cracked 1” if in use.Shower: There is an external shower with a shower curtain for privacy which also includes a tankless water heater.Unlimited Miles: Go wherever your heart desires—no mileage limitIncluded Cooler: High-quality cooler to keep your food and drinks stay fresh & coolPet Friendly! Welcome to The Rustic Mickey! We custom built an older enclosed trailer into an affordable travel trailer built for being off the grid.
We began rustic camping many years ago with our late dog Mickey and continue our love for being outdoors with our current fur baby Lucy. We started The Rustic Mickey with the goal of offering an affordable rental option to enjoying the outdoors.
We personally enjoy exploring different hiking and biking trails all over the State of Michigan, with many of our favorites being in the Upper Peninsula.
