Responsive, but inconsistent preparation
Often communicative and quick to resolve issues, but failed to fill water tanks and had some delivery/pickup scheduling problems.
Generally clean and functional
Praised for being clean and as listed. However, one guest experienced a non-working stove, a foul washroom smell, and noted limited cooking supplies.

2.0Good: he is really polite and guided me how to use the RV clearly. Bad: he didn’t fill the water tanks full so we had to be VERY careful to use the water. He told us to reduce use of water, cooking and the stove stopped working after two uses. We can’t even go to the washroom without the RV smelling like a dumpster.

4.0The trailer was exactly as listed. You’ll need to bring most of your own cooking supplies, but the inside was otherwise tidy. The floor was a little dirty after the delivery person entered with their shoes on. Everything worked well, and we really enjoyed our stay. Delivery was delayed due to traffic, but unfortunately we weren’t notified until we reached out to inquire. Pickup was also scheduled before checkout time. Overall, we had a great stay and appreciated the trailer being as described.
