• Roof Access is Prohibited: For safety and liability reasons, no one is allowed on the roof of the camper under any circumstances. • Generator Transport: If you opt for the Onan P4500i generator add-on, it must be transported in your tow vehicle—not inside the camper. This prevents gas fumes and potential safety hazards inside the living space. • Tow Vehicle Approval: **All tow vehicles must be pre-approved to ensure they are properly equipped to tow the R-Pod 197. The camper has a dry weight just under 4,200 pounds and is suitable for most mid- to full-size SUVs and trucks with a 7-pin connector and brake controller. It is the renters responsibility to ensure their vehicle is tow-worthy, and that they are familiar with towing. It is their responsibility to cover any and all damages to the rental unit that may occur. • Hitch Recommendation: While the R-Pod is lightweight, a weight distribution hitch with sway control is strongly encouraged for a smoother, safer towing experience, especially on highways or in windy conditions. • This camper requires a 2-5/16 ball hitch. It is the renters responsibility to ensure they have one when they pick the unit up. • 1 pet (dog only) up to 30 lbs. allowed with paid pet add-on. Dog must be housebroken and non-destructive. Please, no pets on the bed. • No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the camper or near doors, windows, or vents where fumes could enter. Any evidence of smoke will result in a loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees • Please use a cutting board when preparing food, and not the countertop. • Please do not flush any paper items or sanitary napkins other than the supplied RV safe toilet paper.
