Brandin and Brian consistently received praise for their friendly, understanding customer service, efficient communication, and informative support throughout the rental process.
High entry step, small tanks
The camper is clean, well-maintained, and offers good storage with hooks and nooks. However, reviewers repeatedly noted a very high entry step, small water tanks, a hard mattress, and noisy AC. The skylight also lacks a cover.

5.0After almost 50 summers of camping in a tent, I really appreciated the a/c and running water! Camper was very clean and well maintained. Mechanicals all worked properly and easily. As another reviewer noted, the step into the camper is really high. I overcame that problem with an adjustable height step stool I found on Amazon for $30. Having never rented a trailer, I was a little concerned about running out of tank space on my 8 day solo trip, but since I used the campground shower and had very few dishes, I was fine. Just be aware that the tanks are small on a small unit. By Day 8 the fresh water was empty and the black and gray tanks were 2/3 full. Oh, and if you are a soft bed, side sleeper person, bring along a thicker pad. The 3” mattress on plywood made for a pretty hard bed, although I adapted after the first couple of nights. All in all a great rental for one or two people. Great customer service, good communication throughout the rental process. Will definitely use this company again!

4.0The customer service was great along with the set-up of the camper. Everyone was understanding and friendly throughout the entire process. The only issue I had was with the step on the camper. It was only one step and it made it difficult to get in and out of the camper, because it was too high. Thank you!

5.0We lived that the bed cover was not noisy, bed was comfortable, love all the hooks and nooks for our things. It was our first time in an rv and it was better than we thought it would be. The only thing we thought could be better was if the AC was quieter and if the skylight could be covered in the evenings. Other than that it was lovely.
