5.0Mike was very attentive and always quick to respond. The slide-out really makes the trailer feel much more spacious than you would expect from a 21-foot trailer, the linens were comfortable, and overall the setup made our stay very pleasant. I would definitely rent from him again. There were just a couple of small things that could be improved. The refrigerator door latch was damaged, although it was still manageable, and only disposable plates, cutlery, and cups were provided. This is really just a matter of personal preference, though. While disposables are very convenient since there’s nothing to wash, I personally prefer sturdier reusable items that don’t bend, break, or melt. Overall, we had a very good experience.
