5.0First thing Fred is a fantastic owner everything you want - responsive, understanding, and reasonable. Just to frame this review, my family of four is a tent camp family and mainly over night river camping used to minimal gear and few amenities- this was our first RV experience- the amenities were a luxury and we camped in some very remote areas where bears were very active so the safety of sleeping in a camper was great. Just a few tips for others to make your trip better based on our mistakes. First change your mindset for what a good camp looks like - make sure the camper is full sun for the solar to work at peak. Manage your water usage it’s goes faster than you think, manage your trip time as towing, set up and break down take more time versus tent camping. Last thing look for developed campsites versus dispersed it will make your overall experience easier and more enjoyable as dispersed camping (unless a huge open area) doesn’t have the room to set up the camper with the needed level ground
