Communicative, helpful, and flexible
Abi and Bill are consistently praised for excellent communication, responsiveness, accommodation, and flexibility with pickup/drop-off. They provide thorough in-person orientations and a user manual.
Well-equipped for families
The camper is suitable for families, featuring cold AC, a propane firepit, kids' DVDs, and an outdoor griddle. However, some dishes were dirty, the main door handle was faulty, and the replacement refrigerator was poorly secured.
