You won’t find flimsy plastic and particle board in these trailers.Features R-14 insulation in the ceiling and R-15 reflective foil insulation in the roof. Also comes equipped with heated tank and enclosed underbelly. Residential-style ducted heating and 25,000 BTU furnace.This small but mighty trailer has a queen bed that has ample room for two adults (we are 5’10” and 5’ 2”) and the dinette turns into a comfy kid sized bed. Might fit a short adult but wouldn’t count on it. There is a sleeper bunk above the queen bed but that has been converted to storage so the most this will sleep is 2 adults and 1 child (two kids if you squeeze one in with you, which is where our little guy always ends up.)There is an inside shower and bathtub, and an outdoor shower as well great for rinsing off after the beach. The trailer has the upgraded fridge so much bigger than the typical RV fridge for a trailer this size.Insulated incredibly well; we turn the heater on for a short time and leave it off at night because it gets way too hot even in spring up in the mountains and at the coast. A/C works like a beast.Double axle for extra safety and getting to spots off the beaten path.
