Responsive, accommodating, proactive support
Dakota is highly communicative, helping with issues like supplying a generator, offering to replace a breaker, and providing delivery/setup when renters had truck issues. Pick-up/drop-off was easy.
Generally functional, well-equipped
The RV was generally as advertised and functional, working great for most. It came with a supplied generator. One renter noted non-working fridges and expected wear and tear.

5.0I had a wonderful vacation. The RV was as advertised and everything worked great. I was parked for 3 weeks on some remote land and needed to rely on the use of a generator which Dakota supplied as well. I had a short issue with the breaker tripping and Dakota was willing to drive me up a different one. Fortunately I figured out the issue and saved him the lengthy trip. He was very responsive and friendly. Pick up and drop off were handled very efficiently and I would recommend this rental and if I stay again next year I will definitely have to give Dakota a call on availability.

Without no prior planning, Dakota was able to deliver and pick up the trailer. The trailer worked out perfectly for our family. My only con was that fridges didn't work, and the trailer had some expected wear and tear for being a rental. But I would definitely rent from Dakota again.
