Mike provides thorough orientations, is understanding with date changes, and resolves issues like wiring problems or unexpected events, even making special trips to help.
Well-equipped and very comfortable
The camper is spotless, in perfect condition, and includes all necessary gear. It has a working bathroom, kitchen, and a great heater and huge refrigerator, suitable for families. Minor issues with fridge temp and couch noted.

Everything worked as advertised, and it came with all the gear that we needed for parking, hookups, and propane. Mike gave us a thorough orientation at pickup, so we had no problem setting up and enjoying the camper. Would definitely rent this again!

5.0We had to change our dates the day before we were suppose to pick up the camper due to our whole family getting sick. Mike was so easy to work and very understanding. We enjoyed the camera and everything worked great! We would rent again!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I can work with different needs, just send me a message proposing any changes!

There are a lot of places that could be delivered within 20 miles of Glenwood Springs, are there specific areas you don't deliver?
A.
Yes. There is a lot of great terrain around Glenwood where the Windy Shadow would not be able to go or I would not be able to deliver due to weather conditions or the towing power/clearance of my vehicle. Please contact me if your deliver location is outside town limits or in steep/uneven terrain.

Do I need to add Dumping if we are also requesting and paying for delivery and pickup?
A.
Yes. Some people are requesting dropoff but still plan to tow or return themselves so each case varies. To solve that, I have made Dumping a separate Add-on.
