Can sleep 4 adults and 4 kids comfortably with 1 queen bed, 1 sofa sleeper, 1 drop down dinette bed and 2 bunks. Comes with some kitchen utensils. Also comes with 25ft water hose, leveling blocks, wheel chocks, sewer hose support and sewer hose. Typical pick up time is 9am and drop off is 3pm. We can do as early as 8am for pick up and as late as 5pm for drop off.
