Plenty of room for the family and friends. This 40 foot RV features a sleep number queen size bed in the bedroom, a spacious living room with the dinette on the size Living room features a leather couch which pulls out into a queen size bed. Full bathroom with lots of room a cabinets that has a large sink, shower, and toilet. The bathroom is in between the living/dinning room and the bedroom with separate doors for access from both living room and bedroom. There is also a hallway with a large closet and drawers. The RV comes with 3 TV's. There is a 32" Roku smart TV in the bedroom and a Vizio smart TV in the living room above a fireplace. There is an outdoor TV inside the first storage compartment on the passenger side.Cosa è inclusoThe RV comes with everything you need to enjoy your adventure. Fresh sheets, pillow cases, towels and blankets, There are plates, cups, and silverware. There is a coffee maker, tea pot, toaster in the dinette. kitchen has a large refrigerator/freezer and ice maker. There is a 3 burner stove and a microwave. Also Included with the rental is a plastic folding table with four chairs, A portable Coleman propane grill, and two large camping chairs with coolers in the arm rest.Altre cose di cui prendere notaThere is absolutely no smoking in the RV. If you break or damage something do not try to fix it, contact the owner. RV must be returned with the same amount of gas and propane it was picked up or delivered with.
