5.0John was very accommodating with drop off and pick up times. He went thru all the features of the trailer in detail and made sure we understood everything before leaving on our trip. The trailer was clean and ready when we got there. Communication was easy. He made our trip a little less stressful with more time for fun! Thanks again John!!!!
