All the amenities in one comfy getaway. Perfect for dry camping or beach side camping. Unlike traditional toy haulers you lose no space due to the garage. Black out dates may apply due to our vacation schedule. We will update the description as dates are set Black out Dates: July 1 through July 31. Current Blackout dates: Apr-26 to May-14 Features outdoor kitchen with mini fridge and smart TV. 30ft of awning with LED lighting. Inside front living room features theater seating with vibrating and heated seats and 2 couches that fold out into queen size beds, electric fire place, Kitchen features center island with marble top and marble counters. 18 cu. ft. fridge, residential microwave, gas stove with oversized oven. Shower features a body shower as well as a seat to sit on for shaving, bedroom features comfortable bed with cooling pillow top, and smart TV. All TVs are roku TVs. Silverware both plastic and metal (we sanitize everything after every rental) pots, pans, table ware paper and ceramic, cups, Air fryer, keurig, electric skillet, basic seasonings, fresh linens, towels, wash rags, chairs, four wheeler (optional rental not included in price) blue ray DVD player, Bluetooth connect for steaming music from your phone to indoor and outdoor speakers. Also includes 4 outdoor chairs and folding table additional metal folding chairs available upon request. Peace of mind set up. We will show you everything you need to know about the camper and set everything up on delivery. A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed upon return or pick up if camper is messy beyond normal use. We do sanitize all dishes and pans but please wash your dishes after use. Our goal is to provide a great experience for you and your family please help us in achieving that with taking care of this camper. Any damage or issues must be immediately reported. Smoking in the camper will incur an additional $300 cleaning fee.

This RV was fantastic. Luxury camping at its best. Randy provided everything we needed. We are avid campers and this is only the 2nd time we have RV camped and rented. It was super easy and convenient. The host was extremely easy to reach and everything was flawless from drop off to pick up.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We will work with you the best we can with Drop off and Pick up. We both work so sometimes we may have to coordinate dropping off and picking up. We wont charge you any additional for early drop off or pick up as long as it does not cross over into an additional night.
