Loss of security deposit for damaged awnings. ● Cleaning: The RV must be returned in a similar condition as when we rent it out to you. For cleaning process; sweep and mop floor with provided broom/mop. Wipe down surfaces, including sinks, toilet, and counter tops. If cleaning is required by rentee, a $250 cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit. Excessive cleaning will be billed at $500. ● Waste Holding Tanks: Waste holding tanks must be emptied prior to return. Putting anything other than human waste or supplied RV toilet paper in the toilets will result in an extra cleaning fee. Dump fee of $50 will apply if tanks are not returned empty.
