He made the entire process incredibly simple, from pickup to drop-off, and was responsive and easy to work with throughout. We had an amazing trip and wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Jake again. 5.0This was my first experience with Outdoorsy. Everything was just great. The app was easy to use and everything went smoothly. Jacob was outstanding. He responded to all messages and question immediately. And, the RV we rented was amazing. It was clean and had everything described in the original contract. I would highly recommend Outdoorsy and Jacob for any RV rental needs. I would do this again and again.
