The big trailer is in good shape, easy to work, and includes an outdoor kitchen. However, one rental experienced it delivered dirty, with a full, smelly septic, and non-functional AC.

1.0RV was dirty. My AC stopped working after night 1. Irene delivered the RV with septic 1/2 full and it smelled horrible, which caused the bath tub to fill up and the smell was so horrific that we could not stay in the RV.
