***We are making Every effort to ensure our RV is as virus free as possible! We have an Ozone Generator and flood the RV with ozone for a couple hours after every rental, then clean every surface with disinfectant. Linens are washed after every rental too!****
Why buy an RV and then only use it a week or two a year? Rent our beautiful 2016 Winnie Minnie 22R for your next great adventure! We love it and would use it every week if we could, but like most folks we have other demands on our lives. So, why not let someone like you take advantage of the down time to enjoy it!Like new condition with all systems working flawlessly. Seating with seat belts for 5, sleeps 5, master bed with TV plus over the cab bunk and dining booth converts to a bed. Galley has microwave, 3 burner gas stove, oven and refrigerator. TV in the main cabin with amplified roof top antenna, hookup to external cable/antenna, and antenna and power connections outside. Ducted AC means more even cooling throughout. A big plus for summer camping! Electric awning and external LED lighting strip make for a great campsite outside.We'll in include bedding sets, towels, basic cooking set for the galley, a tripod campfire grill, towels, and the all important "TP". Well, my kids are grown and no pets, but I did marry a wonderful girl from China! We met when I was working a couple years over in Dubai. My work has given me the great opportunity to travel quiet a bit, some 22 countries so far. But now that I have my wife here with me in the great USA, its time for us to explore my home country. There really is no place like home! Just need more vacation time.....like 29 days/month! Oh, and have to take my motorcycle with me too!

Please plan for a 60-90 minute check out and orientation prior to departure. Normal return time is prior to 3:00 pm on the day of return. Later return may be arranged, depending upon availability. RETURN POLICY: RV is to be returned in the same condition as it was received. Renter has unlimited financial responsibility for negligent damages caused to the RV during rental. Personal contents are never covered by insurance. Awning damage is not covered by insurance. Any damages to the Awning are strictly the renters' responsibility. Stay off the roof, the ladder is there for my benefit for servicing needs. The unit must be returned undamaged with full gasoline tank, holding tanks dumped, and return checklist completed for a full security deposit refund. The following charges will be deducted from your Security Deposit: Failure to dump holding tanks, returning gasoline fuel less than full, toll fees, and the cost of repairs for any damages noted during check-in inspection. Renter is responsible for the actual retail cash value of the Vehicle on the date of loss if it cannot be repaired, missing equipment, administrative expenses incurred processing a damage claim, whether or not you were at fault during the incident, up to the deductible amount of the collision/comprehensive insurance. Renter shall assume responsibility for theft and vandalism to the Vehicle. Smoking inside the RV is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeit of the entire security deposit
