Honestly one of the most comfortable RV experiences I've had! Eric was easy to communicate with, and we had no issues during our stay. HIGHLY recommend!

The host was responsive to messages. I was not happy that i had asked if i needed to bring linens and was told that i did not. The owner had stopped and picked up a could packs of new sheets that were left in a broken basket. There was one bed and one bunk that did not have a mattress, so essentially you were sleeping on wood. The RV was noted to sleep 6 and i was disappointed when we saw that it did not. the bedroom smelled like wet dog and we had to air the room out. We did not sleep at all the first night and ended up having to leave for the second night to a hotel, so that we could get some rest before our drive home. We lost the money we spent on the camp site, the money we paid for the RV and then had to pay for a hotel room. Thankfully there was one room left, as we were in KY on Derby day. I was disappointed as we did not get to hang with our friends at the camp ground a second night. The other thing that was very disappointing was the cleanliness of the RV. Nothing had been wiped down, the showers were full of dirt and hair, the TP under the counter was hard, as it had gotten wet and then dried in the bag. Our friends had 1 blanket to share for the night sleep. When i reached out , he did respond, but ultimately he was able to keep all the money i paid and i was out a lot of extra money. I do feel that the right thing to have done would have been to offer a partial refund as this RV is not rental ready, does not have actual bedding or mattresses, and is not clean.

First experience renting a camper and Eric made things easy with walkthrough, instructions, and everything we needed for travel and setup.

Communication was perfect with the owner. When we arrived at the campsite, the camper was delivered and set up for us. We felt that the camper was not cleaned before we got there. The stove and microwave had old food spilled in it. The shower curtain was gross. The floor around the toilet was dirty. We had to wipe down countertops. cabinets were filled with owners things we didn’t have places to put our food or belongings..
