Its delivery only, but mine is custom and based on distance and nights stay, The longer the stay the cheaper I can make delivery.This beautiful family style trailer comes with everything you need plus many additional amenities upon request. There is central heat and air plus a 2nd heat/air unit solely for the master bedroom. Rig has 2 bathrooms with vanity and storage, 1 with full stand-up shower and the other with a 2nd access point to the outside. The kitchen is fully equipped and all we ask is that you use it, clean and put it back. This camper has 2 large slide-outs for a spacious lounge and kitchen area. Master queen bedroom comes with dedicated full bath and a 34 inch smart TV with a swivel wall mount for convenient viewing. Tons of storage and outlets that work off the converter. Living room area has a 42 inch LED with firestick, and a full size pull-out couch. Kitchen has a 3 burner Furion stove top, large sink, extended foldable table top, microwave, and medium size fridge. There is plenty of storage and drawers, plus a large pantry. There are games, puzzles, and radio with indoor and outdoor speakers.The bunk room has a queen-size foldable couch mattress and two bunkbed's. The right bunk folds out of the way when using the couch. The entertainment center has plenty of storage and a 28 inch flat screen ready to be connected to any computer or gaming device. Master and bunk-beds in the camper have foam toppers. All come with fresh sheets, you will need to bring only pillows and blankets.Since there are two bathrooms there are two black and two gray tanks and the system can combine for one dump station port. Outside you have a outdoor kitchen with 2 burner stove top and mini fridge. Ports for outdoor shower and hook ups for cable if your location provides it.Cosa è inclusoComplimentary when I set up I will also set up a tripod adjustable fire pit cooking grill top for your stay. Access to WIFI is through Verizon 5G and available upon request at no cost for travelers over 1 week. We had an outstanding experience renting from Matt and Candi! They were fantastic hosts from start to finish. Communication was excellent, they delivered the RV exactly when they said they would, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. The RV itself exceeded our expectations. It was exceptionally clean, meticulously maintained, and everything worked exactly as it should. It made for a comfortable, stress-free, and affordable camping experience. We truly appreciated the care they put into both their RV and their guests. We wouldn't hesitate to rent from Matt and Candi again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, well-maintained RV and wonderful hosts. Perfect RV size for what we needed at EAA Air Venture in Oshkosh, WI. Communication before and during was excellent. Matt responded immediately when had wet ground issue. He and Candi drove up 3 hours to our site on same day to immediately address the issue. We very much appreciated them taking up half their day unexpectedly to ensure all was safe. Thanks so much!

This is a great camper, and the owners were great to communicate with and very flexible. The camper was clean, and everything was in top working order. If you are looking for a turnkey camper (delivery & setup) I would highly recommend.

In the later years of our children's lives we decided that we were running out of time to spend time together that wasn't just around our house. In those short years we have been blessed to be able to show our kids 47 of the 50 states and are far from done with our adventures. That being said it's time now to share that experience with you. The best part for you is that all you have to do is show up and start making the kind of memories that last a lifetime.
