Hello camping friends!This beautiful, brand new, 2022 Grand Design Granscend Xplor is the perfect set up for a family or a couple who enjoys a lot of extra space! The unit sleeps 8 comfortably, but can sleep up to 10! Slumber in the private room with a queen bed, or in the bunk room, with room for 4! Sleep a few extra on the dinette, or fold out the plush leather couch for a little extra sleeping space. This is a large, super quiet, air conditioned unit with vents throughout .The inside is equipped with one full bathroom (with shower) & one half bathroom. The kitchen comes equipped with all your basic needs - pots and pans, cutting board and cooking knives, basic spices, kitchen utensils, and a microwave.Enjoy spending time under the awning while enjoying outdoor speakers for your listening pleasure. Outdoor rug, outdoor table, kids sand toys, may be included upon request. Indoor speakers and system as well. Outdoor stovetop & mini fridge, also a bonus! Please bring your own bedding.We provide delivery and set up in most tip of the mitt counties including Charlevoix, Antrim, Emmet, Otsego, Cheboygan, Grand Traverse and Kalkaska. All deliveries within Otsego County are free. Additional deliver fee will apply for anything more than 60 miles. I am happy to answer any additional question!No smoking. Perfect size for our family! Drop off was effortless and on time. Communication for drop off/pick up was great! Camper was very clean, updated, and came with a TON of much needed essentials. Already talking about renting again next year!

This was a great experience. The camper was super, large eqquipped with mostly everything we needed. Delivered and set up as promised. The owners were super responsive and flexible. We had a great trip. I would rent from them again.
