Newer 2020 immaculate travel trailer with all the amenities a hotel can offer. Located just 20 minutes from down town Dallas, 1 hour from beautiful rolling hills of East Texas and many other beautiful resorts and lakes to visit.
Our little haus sleeps 2 adults with a master bedroom/queen size walk around bed and 2 children in the living area with a table and nice couch that turns into beds. You will enjoy a huge bathroom with a full shower and completely private. Plenty of storage space and a nice large kitchen to make those tasty meals for your hungry family after a hard day at the beach.
Complimentary: coffee Kurig maker, coffee for two people/two mornings and hot chocolate for the kids, marshmallows and Graham crackers. Toilet paper, linens, towels, pots and pans, drinking cups, plates, silverware and spatulas. 4 camping chairs to sit around the campfire and listen to your favorite music on the indoor/outdoor radio.
Comes with tv and DVD with some complimentary DVD's to choose from.
Relax under the electric awning and turn on the campers outdoor blue led lights for your nightly enjoyment.

Sway bar is included to help mitigate a smoother, more stable and safer ride and helps in preventing less wear and tear on your vehicle as well as the trailer. Anti sway hitch is expensive and it is the renters responsibility to bring it back in the same condition as it left. If there is any damage or missing parts it is up to the renter to cover the entire replacement value as it is nearly impossible to replace individual parts.
Walkthrough: We will do a thorough walk through on how to use everything to make your trip extremely enjoyable. If you are taking the trailer (depending on your experience) we will do a walk through which could take up to about 30 or so minutes.
Travel restrictions: No off road travel such as non paved roads (unless inside a licensed RV park) beaches, forest roads...
Propane: Propane tanks will be full when you leave. This is included in your rental fees and do NOT need to be replaced upon return. However, it is the renters responsibility for any refills that may be needed during the time of your stay.
Cleaning the little haus: We ask that there is NO trash left in the camper. All trash cans emptied out in the RV park you are staying at. No empty bottles, cans or shampoo bottles etc. Other than that you can leave the rest to us. Please put all the linens on the bed and towels inside the shower. (This does not include negligence/spills, stains, damage etc.
There will be deductions for anything taken such as a towels, plates, cups, linen. DVD, games, chairs etc. Unless, it is disposable.IMPORTANT: We are NOT allowed to deliver to any federal property such as Army corps of engineers or government rec areas and or campgrounds. Make sure when you book a trip it is NOT on federal grounds or government. It is illegal and we will get heavily fined!!!
We DO deliver to state parks, private parks, resorts etc.Please NO SMOKING or $150.00 will be taken out of your security deposit for air cleaning, no animals or $75.00 will be deducted out of our security deposit. Use RV toilet paper only, (Provided with rental) No feminine products, regular toilet paper, napkins, food or anything other than RV toilet paper as it will clog up the waste holding tanks and no food, oil, grease or anything in the sinks other than water as this could result in very expensive repairs or extensive cleaning. This too will be deducted from the deposit and will be repaired and or cleaned at renters expense.We look forward to hearing from you after your trip! As always we would love to see pictures!

We absolutely love camping! It’s been a part of our life since we were children. We are regular weekenders and spend all of our camping times with our children, grandchildren and now great grandchildren. We love going to the beach. We enjoy our quiet times in the Colorado mountains and even small trips around east Texas. Another fun fact: we love taking our 4wheelers to ATV/RV parks. Anything we can do to spend our time outdoors camping! We really want our guests to experience the same fun with friends and family as we do all the time. Q.Do I pay a cleaning fee
A.
Cleaning is included in your rental fees. EXCEPT IF: Excessive cleaning fees will be charged only if there filth, empty bottles, trash everywhere, non clean up spills, trash not emptied. We will clean the camper and let you just go home after a hards week of playing. Please leave the linens (clean or dirty) on the bed. Towels wash clothes (clean or dirty) in the shower. We ask that you leave it manageable for us to do our job. We clean the camper before every rental no matter what.
Q.Do I pay for set up and delivery?
A.
Yes at a minimum going rate. We charge $25 up to 25 miles. After that it goes to $2.00 per mile up to 100 miles. We wish gas was super cheat but it seems to keep going up as our gas tanks keep going down. Why not let us use our truck and the wear and tear and leave the relaxation to you. We charge 150 for set up and take down. All you do is sit and watch then go on a small tour to see how everything works. At this point we want to get out of your way as much as you want us gone. ;)
Q.I know you said no Smoking but can I vape?
A.
Unfortunately, no Smoking of any kind or vaping permitted inside. We ask you use the beautiful outdoor nature to smoke or vape. People can be allergic to certain smells so we would like to prevent any problems for our future guests. We appreciate you asking though.
