This has been a blessing to out family and to it of our renters. Cherishing beautiful memories that our window gives you the perfect view too! It’s like taking home with on a vacation. For those local to Southern California wihtout a tow vehicle, we offer deliver, setup, picked for an additional fee. You just need to reserve the campsite.
Tow vehicle must be capable of towing over 6,000 lbs.
Additional features included:
- Power hitch and stabilizers
- LED lighting for hooking up or unhooking at night
- Power awning
- Outdoor LED lighting
- Outdoor power outlets & power strip
- Indoor & outdoor speakers with bluetooth connectivity
- Central heating and AC (AC requires electric hookup or generator - available for additional fee)
- Queen size bed with mattress topper (bed also has water-proof, ultra soft mattress protector)
- Bedding available for additional fee
- USB power outlets beside bed, also 120V outlets (when connected to electric hookup or generator)
- 32" TV
- 4 camping chairs
- 3 burner stove & oven (runs on propane)
- Microwave (requires electric hookup or generator)
- Water heater (can run on electric or propane)
- Battery powered portable fans/LED lights (rechargeable)
- Basic First Aid Kit
- Basic tool set
- Trash can
- AxeBasic necessities included are eco-friendly:
- Hand soap
- Dish soap, dish brush, drying rack, drying mat, dish towels
- Hand towels
