* Waste tanks must be emptied prior to return or a dump fee of $200 will be assessed.
* RV must be returned cleaned "rental" ready (cleaned & in same condition as picked up in) to avoid a cleaning fee of up to $500 (assessed at $50/hour.).
* Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on results of tire damage.
• You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have
compounded.
