Welcome to our listing! This is our pride and joy! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Please Read Entire Description.With comfortable sleeping arrangements for 8, you can bring the whole family and maybe some friends!About Our Trailer: Top of the line Grand Design build and appearance.Outside:• The RV has a large 18ft one-touch power awing with LED lights. We provide a large outdoor patio mat and Two- Zero Gravity Chairs and 4 comfortable outdoor chairs so you can enjoy the outdoors.•There is also an outdoor kitchen equipped with a mini fridge, two burner stove and water hose.Inside:• In our kitchen we provide the basic needs for any Kitchen: pots, pans, coffee pot, dinnerware for up to 8, cutlery, utensils, kitchen towels, and cleaning supplies. RV has large Refrigerator.
• The bathroom has a big standing shower.
• We have a full Queen sized mattress in the front private room. In the rear of the trailer is a full over full bunk bed with privacy curtains. The dining table can convert into a full-size bed. The reclinable chairs can serve as a sleeping arrangement as well. We do provide fresh mattress protectors.
*Remember to pack your own linens comforters, towels or sleeping bags!*
• For entertainment we have a wall mounted 32 inch TV, some family games (cards, UNO, board games).• This is a smoke-free unit as we travel with small children ourselves. If the RV smells of smoke, you forfeit your entire security deposit, NO Exceptions. No cigarette butts in camper trash.• We are pet friendly and have a small nonrefundable pet deposit. Our dogs are considered part of the family too but, we maintain the cleanliness of our RV and request you do the same. Please mind the pets jumping on the furniture and do not leave pets unattended in the RV. Doggie diapers encouraged. ONE 15 pound dog max. $30 FEEDelivery Only $350 Minimum Includes Setup AND Tear Down
