Mystic Quarry by Canyon Lake is one of our favorite spots with easy access to the lake and to the Guadalupe River. We also recommend any Jellystone location for the kiddos. We've been to the Waller and Canyon Lake locations many times and our kids love it! Last but not least, is Garner State Park. One of if not the best state parks in Texas. 1. NO SMOKING of any kind inside the RV. If you smoke inside, you will forfeit your entire deposit.
2. No off-road travels or out-of-the-country locations permitted.
4. No walking, sitting, standing, or lounging on top of the roof.
5. ONLY use RV & Marine type bath tissue.
6. Awning should not be opened during strong winds or while away from the RV to prevent damage.
7. Ensure all doors, cabinets & drawers are closed & locked before driving the RV (this includes all undercarriage compartments, refrigerator, overhead vents in kitchen & bathrooms, bedroom, & over cab bunk, bathroom doors, etc.) to avoid damage while the RV is in motion.
8. When renters are away from the RV, all doors including the undercarriage should remain locked to prevent theft & overhead vents in the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen & cab bunk should be closed to prevent water damage in the event of rain.
9. All “optional fees” are optional unless the task is not done prior to return. RV should be returned in the same condition as it was at the time it was rented out (picked up by you) i.e., full gas tank, full propane, grey & black tank emptied & flushed out.
10. Dumping Policy: The renter is responsible for emptying both gray & black (septic) tanks before returning the RV to the owner. Failure to do so will result in a $100 dumping fee.

Easy to drive, decent mileage
The RV drives well and runs on gas with decent mileage. It's spacious, clean, and includes comfortable beds, a good table, and working appliances. Dog-friendly.

4.0Josh was great. Very communicative and super flexible and friendly. As long as you aren't expecting a brand new RV you will have a fantastic time. The truck runs on gas and got decent mileage. All the important things worked great, like the refrigerator, AC and the black and gray tanks, hoses and levers. The bunks have added foam toppers and were comfortable. Another bonus is being dog friendly. It was fantastic to be able to bring the dog and as you'll see in the accompanying picture she loved the RV trip as well. Overall this was a great value and highly recommend based on that and the great communication from Josh.

5.0Josh is a great host and CeCe is a good rig. Really appreciated the tutorial video ahead of time on the RV systems and the fact that Josh took the time to walk through the vehicle with me. Made all the difference in the world. Not one issue our entire trip. Truck was clean and generously supplied beyond my expectations.
