Brand New 2021 Jay Flight 224 BH SLX. Great mid-sized camper to suit a couple or an entire family + friends! Will sleep up to 6-7 with true double bunks. At 27’ overall, easy to maneuver and pull.
Accommodations: Includes full queen, convertible dinette, two double bunks and large bathroom with stand up shower, toilet and vanity. 15k btu AC and propane furnace. Bluetooth Stereo, three burner kitchen range, 6cf refrigerator, microwave, oven. Outdoor camp kitchen with stove, refrigerator and sink. Outdoor shower. Fire extinguisher. Power awning with lighting and speakers.
Convenience items: K-cup single serve coffee maker, (2) fry pans, (2) pots, (6) person setting of silverware, (6) microwave safe plates and bowls and (6) tumbler. Basic kitchen knives, cutting board, colander. Folding camp table. Broom and dustpan, Swiffer wet and basic cleaning supplies. Insignia 24” Fire edition Smart TV. B&D Lithium cordless vacuum.
Hoses / Connections: 30-amp power cord and surge protector. Drinking water (potable water) rated hose. Waste water flush and drain hoses are also provided.

At departure, a copy of the Tow Vehicle’s Insurance card will be made. The renters name must match the name on the insurance card or be listed as an additional driver. While being towed, the travel trailer may not be occupied by passengers.Power: The trailers power cord must be plugged into a 30 amp, 110/125 Volt AC, 60 HZ electrical source. This is required to power the following items: Air Conditioner, Microwave, Interior wall outlets and to charge the 12-Volt DC house battery. Portable generators rated to provide 30 amps of power will run the trailer effectively. Smaller (20 amp) generator may still run the refrigerator, lights or recharge the house battery but it will not run the Air Conditioner or electrical outlets. DO NOT PLUG THE TRAILER POWER SOURCE WITHOUT THE SUPPLIED SURGE PROTECTOR. Doing so could cause damage to the electrical system cause forfeiture of your deposit.Additional services:
Delivery Service: Partial or full delivery and setup available (limited availability for this service - contact owner to confirm). Partial delivery to pick up / return meet up to 15 miles – no charge. Partial or full delivery after that is $2 per mile, based on the round trip of the delivery. Fee includes delivery, set up and pick up. (Example: destination is 75 miles from trailer. 60 miles x $2/mile = $120 charge).
Black / grey tank emptying $75. Please return the unit with holding tanks empty. If you require the owner to empty the holding tanks, the renter will meet the owner at local RV waste disposal station (Katy area) to return the trailer. This will be a $75 charge.
Cleaning fee- $75 on all rentals. Trailer is to be returned generally clean and in the condition it was rented. If returned dirty (beyond normal road travel) or if a deep cleaning is required, additional fees will be charged upon return.

Absolutely do not climb on roof of trailer.
