All new, used once to Colorado. Very comfortable for a couple get away, this is first year renting. Lawn chairs included. cooking supplies including silverware, pots & pans, coffee maker, Lp fuel, one tank included. Delivery, Set up & Pick up by owner Altre cose di cui prendere notaI only rent my RV to Renter's over 30 years of age. If you are not over 30 years of age at time of departure- I will not hand over my keys and you will be penalized per the cancellation policy.

Patrick was easy to deal with & a wealth of suggestions for his trailer. The trailer was clean & comfortable. I would work with him again & hope to in 2021

I absolutely loved this RV! Like new, in perfect condition CLEAN! Patric is a great communicator, responded to my questions immediately. Patrick came to our campsite and set the RV up for us and came back to take it down, all we had to do is walk in with our luggage, 100% worth it.

Patrick was great to work with! He delivered the RV, set everything up for us, and gave excellent instructions. The RV was perfect for us, with a private bedroom and a large bathroom. Overall fantastic experience and excellent value!
