Pets are welcome, so feel free to bring your furry travel companion! Hitch requirements are 2.5” receiver and 2 5/16” ball. Hitch is available as add-on if necessary. When booking, please let us know if your campsite includes water, electric, and septic hook up. If you plan on using the facilities in the unit, you may prepay the dump fee, or it can be deducted from your deposit at the end of the rental.Please be aware that we do not allow this unit to go to Peace River Campground in Arcadia.IF YOU USE THE BATHROOM IN THE UNIT, YOU MUST USE RV/MARINE TOILET PAPER. Other toilet paper clogs the toilet. A $150 fee is assessed for unclogging the toilet. We offer rolls of RV/marine toilet paper for purchase for $2.50 per roll. You can add them as an add-on during the booking process.

We are typically flexible as long as the renter lets us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate pickups and dropoffs at times that are most convenient to the renter.

Hitch requirements are 2.5” receiver and 2 5/16” ball. Hitch is available as add-on if necessary.

What electric service is necessary at the campsite?

A.

In order to run the air conditioner, the unit must be hooked up to 30amp service. If 30amp service is not available, you can use a converter to plug into a 110v outlet, but you will not be able to run the air conditioner. If the unit is hooked up to a 110v outlet through a converter, all other electrical components of the unit will work aside from the air conditioner.
