We have a beautiful 21ft. 2020 Spirit 2145RBX. This unit has Modern wood flooring, A/C duct system that allows the cool or heated air to circulate throughout the trailer even when bathroom and room doors are closed. It includes a u-shaped dinette that can seat 4 adults comfortably and it converts to a queen size bed comfortable enough for 2 adults or 3 children. The living room has a 30 inch TV on swivel brackets for easy viewing and a USB/Bluetooth/AUX stereo system with speakers inside and outside the trailer. The bedroom has a queen size bed, Smart TV, lots of storage space, and super comfortable mattress and, it is separated from the living area by sliding doors for privacy. RV is in a great shape, very clean. And owners are the most helpful - we've had some issues on our trip (unrelated to RV, our car broke), and they went above and beyond in helping us. Super fast communications, and best hosts! Extremely recommended!

We are flexible with pick ups and drop offs. As long as we are informed of any changes the renter would like to make. No night pickups or drop-offs
