4Trailer would have been great but the furnace was broken and the owner didn’t know about it until we already got up to camp and we found out. Didn’t end up actually staying in it because of this. The rest of the trailer seemed fine for the price. Didn’t come with a generator or tv as described in the listing. We did end up working out a good agreement with the owner because of the furnace issue, so that was very kind and helpful. If he gets the furnace working, it should be great.
