It has an outdoor kitchen and shower. Inside shower/bathroom, kitchen sleeps up to 10 people. It has the winterized package on it and heater/fireplace keeps you nice and warm. Also has 2 A/C units so both front and back stay cool in summer also. I do have a kurig in it for those who need that coffee just need your own pods!
