Notifies of issues, offers replacements
One guest was notified the evening before that their reserved camper was in the shop, and a smaller, subpar replacement was provided for the same fee. Delivery and setup were in order.

Clean RV with spacious living/bunk areas from bump-outs, and ample storage. Primary bedroom space is tight. Provided essentials include kitchen utensils, coffee pot, toaster. Missing items: trash can, outdoor mat; TV channels/indoor speakers unavailable.

5.0The RV was clean, had a spacious living area and bunk room because of the bump outs. Only negative on space was the primary bedroom, you barely had 6 inches of space at the foot of the bed to get to the far side of the bed. There was a lot of storage inside as well as in the outside kitchen. They provided essential kitchen utensils, coffee pot & toaster. Overall we would definitely rent the unit again.

3.0The camper we had a reservation for was not able to be delivered due to being in the shop. We were notified the evening before our trip. We were charged the same fee for a similar camper. This replacement camper was subpar compared to what we had reserved and a bit smaller . Sleeping arrangements were not as comfortable as the previous rental. Plus side everything was in order with delivery set up etc.

4.0A few things were missing that I would have assumed would be included. Trash can, a mat for outside the camper. Was not able to get any channels on the tv. No indoor speakers for the radio. Other than that we loved the camper.
