3.0The bed in the unit was great . I was not able to get the air conditioner to work, we had several warm afternoons when camping. The unit was not as level as I would’ve liked and two gentlemen from our Church group were able to level it more for me. I had trouble opening a couple of windows in the unit; the bottom portion of the door for the microwave was broken.. The latch on the screen door for the back door would not close securely, the gentleman from Church was able to do so with duct tape. Some of the blinds did not open.

5.0We had an outstanding experience renting this camping trailer. Everything was exactly as advertised: clean, well-maintained, and ready to go when we arrived. What really stood out was the service. Kenny was on time, handled all of the setup for us, and made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was great to work with from start to finish. I would absolutely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable camping trailer and exceptional customer service.
