City-Stealth/Outdoor Hybrid: 2019 Sprinter Van Conversion "Betty Woo Woo"

This 2019 sprinter conversion is a great opportunity for couples looking to get outside and nature camp or elect for a city-stealth approach for a place to crash after a concert or event. We built this van out to be able to accommodate surfboards and firewood under the bed for weekend trips to the coast. What we have found after spending some time with her, is that the discreet exterior nature of the van also helps with peace of mind while stealth camping in inner cities. Perfect hotel alternative to any city event or getaway."Betty" is set up with a full size memory foam mattress. At the head of the bed there is a ceiling fan, a reading light with a USB charging port, and an additional USB outlet on the opposite side of the bed."Betty" has 400 watts of solar panels on the roof, which power two - 138 amp hour lithium potassium batteries. She also comes with a 2200W pure sine wave inverter, for charging your laptop off of the grid.
All three lighting sections in the van are on dimmer switches so you can have the perfect morning lighting as the coffee is brewing.Two cushioned bench seats with ample storage. There are also two wine cubbies.
The dining tables retracts to give you room, and there is a pop up table next to the sink to make room for dishes.
Beautiful butcher-block countertop has plenty of room to hold the camping stove and all your prep items.Huge three compartment closet will fit everything you need on your adventure.The Maxx Air fan in the ceiling, has well as 12volt diesel heater to keep you warm.
Wood floors, bright colors and rattan cabinets give this buildout a summery vibe all year round.

We are Erica and Kyle. We bought our van back in May of 2020, and over the course of a few months built it out to suit the style of camping that we wanted to do. We love to surf and so we built the van to accommodate for a few boards to be stashed away under the bed. This past summer we did a road trip that covered most of the south and Texas. One of the highlights being a trip to the Carlsbad caverns in New Mexico. Our van is perfect for stealth camping within a city as well, our solar panels are discreet and don't turn many heads when camping outside of an inner-city concert venue!
