Amazing! 32 feet of comfort! Enjoy the outdoors with your family, friends, and pets, or by yourself.Sleeps up to 8. Queen bed in Master BR, Queen sleeper couch, Dinette turns into bed, two Full size bunks.Bath includes sink/mirror, shower (I'm 6'2" and fit;), toilet and storage.Kitchen includes plenty of storage, beautiful countertops with nice lighting and an RV fridge/freezer, sink, stove, oven and microwave.Two TV's (hookup for one outside) with antenna and cable-ready. CD, DVD, and radio. A/C keeps you cool and furnace/fireplace keeps you warm!Easy to hitch and level with touch screen auto-level system!Two propane tanks included at cost. Quick-connect hose for easy grill setup.Fresh water (52gal), gray (39gal) and black (28gal) water tanks. All accessories included to perform necessary functions, repairs, or anything else.Additional Items:
-Delivery/Set-up and Pick-up available (Standard charge is $125.00 up to 50 miles + $2.00 per mile thereafter. Pick-up time is after 3PM/Drop-off time is before 1pm. Please confirm with Owner first.).
-Pet-friendly! (However, Please understand there are additional cleaning fees or other fees for all damages due to pets)
-No smoking inside camper.
-Dumping/Sewage (Please empty grey and black water tanks before returning-otherwise a $125 fee will apply).
-Cleaning Fee (Please leave our camper the way you received it or better, or a $100 or more cleaning fee will apply)
-Towing and Hitch (You will need a vehicle equipped to tow about 8,000lbs or more and a 7-pin plug for lights, etc. We towed ours with a 2014 Chevy Suburban and 2005 Nissan Titan-Both worked fine, but struggled some, especially in rolling hills or mountains). All basic towing/hitch items to attach and tow your trailer are included.
