Below are a couple of simple rules to follow to ensure you have a good time, and we get the 5th wheel back in good shape!*When you're all done with your rental, it should look as close to the way you got it as possible. As they say in all National Parks, "Leave No Trace". This means:
- Take your trash to the dumpster.
- Use only RV-safe toilet paper and don't put anything in the toilets!
- Clean up after your kids and pets.
- Do the dishes.
- Put all included dirty linens in the laundry basket provided.
- Take all of your food out of the refrigerator and cabinets.
- Take all of your personal belongings with you.*Please, no smoking anything in the trailer. This will result in a forfeit of your deposit.*Propane tanks are to be filled by the end of your rental. Empty tanks will result in a charge of $25/tank. Most campsites have propane filling stations on site.*Again, no cats. Any trace of cats will result in a forfeit of your deposit.*Please flush the black and grey tanks if they get full during your rental. I'll show you how to do this when you take possession of the trailer.*Don't try to rearrange the furniture. It's a tight space, and accidents happen.*Be safe, and have fun!

5Everything went smooth! Would rent again. Great communication which is rare to find in this day and age as a customer. Ice maker and more than one bathroom were game changers for our group of 6 adults.

5It went really well! We used the RV for Bonnaroo, and it worked perfectly. We really appreciated having two separate rooms and bathrooms, which is so rare for an RV. If I went to bed earlier than my friend, she didn't wake me up when coming in, and I didn't wake her up when leaving in the morning. (Okay, not morning. I would leave in the early afternoon. It was Bonnaroo!!) We had two separate places to apply our glitter but also space to hang out together. There were chairs provided for sitting outside, so it was nice to not have to haul those ourselves. And we got the RV delivered, which was a huge help, given that neither of us can drive an RV!

5We had a great experience renting from Daniel and Stefani. The trailer was in great condition and they took the time to walk us through everything. Our 3 young kids fit perfectly in the bunk room, with plenty of space for all of our gear! They were very gracious hosts.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Absolutely! We've learned so many tricks on how to park it, set it up, and operate it with ease during our stay. We'll be available to walk you through it at any point during your rental.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Most of it is plug-and-play. Water and electric go straight into the RV from the utilities provided by the camp. Sewer involves hooking up our drainage hose from the RV to the sewer outlet. WE provide gloves and show you how to do it so you won't get grossed out!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Anything within reason as long as you contact us with enough notice.
