Comes with 10’ x 7’ canopy and outdoor rug. This is a very comfortable pop-up camper/trailer. I bought it used from my sister so I know its lineage. It has been very well taken care of. It's a ton of fun getting away for a couple of days or a couple of weeks! You make the call. Our experience with Mark was extremely pleasant. He was very thorough in showing us how to take the camper down. We had no issues setting up either, although we did refer to the thorough instructions he left in the pop up for one thing, lol. I can tell he is passionate about camping. The camper is well kept and everything was working, although we only slept in it. Thank you for the wonderful experience Mark.
