5.0Chris was very responsive and very helpful. We had no issues throughout the time that we rented his RV. He was very flexible with his times for delivery and pickup. The only thing that I would suggest is to improve the foam mattresses on the bunk beds. I felt that they were very thin and not very comfortable. Everything else was great though. We had everything we needed.
