This modern, adventure-ready trailer is fully stocked and easy to tow, perfect for couples, small families, or weekend getaways. Sleeps 4 comfortably with a queen bed and convertible dinette & couch surrounded by large rear windows. T-mobile WiFi included free ! Starlink available for extra charge.Weighing in at 4750 lbs dry and up to 7,500 lbs fully loaded, it can be towed by most half-ton trucks. Spacious interior, large bathroom, full kitchen, A/C, roku smart tv, and a power awning with LED lights make this RV feel like home on wheels.We provide fresh linens, cookware, basic cleaning supplies, water/sewer hoses, and leveling gear, all included. Just bring your clothes and food!Pickup starts at 3PM, but we are flexible if needed! Drop-off is by 11AM, with late return available upon request. 5This was a great camper for our trip! Trey has really got this camper set up for everything you could need. We loved the layout with the sofa across from the dinette. We look forward to renting this camper again in the future!

Important Rules & Policies:
No Burning Man rentals. Other festivals must be approved in advance and will require a higher refundable security deposit. Please inform us if you plan to attend any festival.
No smoking or vaping inside the RV, violations will result in loss of full security deposit.
No rooftop access at any time.
Excessive messes will result in a cleaning fee deducted from the deposit. This includes dirt or mud on floors/furniture, pet hair on seating, unwashed dishes, waste left in the toilet, or items not returned to their proper place.
Late returns after 3PM will be charged $20 per hour unless pre-approved.
