At just 5800 pounds dry weight, this beauty is still towable by 1/2 ton trucks. We also provide a weight distribution/sway control hitch at no extra charge to make towing easier and safer.Our rig includes everything you need and more, for a comfortable and memorable camping experience. You only need to pack food, clothes, and your personal items. We’ve got the rest covered!Billy is the perfect choice for families that are looking for plenty of space during their stay.The slideout opens up the living area for max elbow room during the day. At night, enjoy a private bedroom with sliding doors. Queen bed, 2 double bunks, convertible dinette and sofa offer sleeping for 8-10.Plenty of storage for your belongings so no worries if your packing for a longer trip. Although you won't need to bring so much since all our units come with bedding, towels, dishes, cookware, utensils and everything you need to operate the camper. At 5800 pounds and just about 31 feet long, this camper can be pulled by half ton trucks and larger. The included weight distribution hitch makes towing easier and safer on your vehicle.Trailer has all you need for your trip:• Linens

• Games and morePick up time starts at 11AM with option to upgrade to earlier time.
Drop off time is at 3PM with option to upgrade to later time.I will spend as much time as required explaining how the camper operates, including time to drive if necessary. I want you to feel comfortable with all aspects before you take off.Will deliver per options shown below.
***Delivery includes set-up, tear down and waste tank dumping.***
To tow with your vehicle you will need:
• Vehicle that can tow approx. 7300 pounds (empty camper, more if towing with full tank and cargo)
• 2" Receiver for our hitch
• 7 pin connector with brake controller. We have a mobile brake controller available for rent if needed.I include a weight distribution hitch and sway control brake.
Optional add-ons include: (prices below)
Gasoline/Propane Generator for locations without 30 amp electrical
Portable waste tank for sites without full hookup
Outdoor propane grills and griddles

No Burning Man rentals. Other festivals require approval and will require a larger refundable security deposit. Please let us know if you plan to take to a festival. No smoking or vaping. This will result in forfeiture of renter’s full security deposit No rooftop access. Do not tow anything behind the trailer. Motorhome towing with approval only. Cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit for camper returned excessively dirty. (Examples: dirt/mud on floors and/or furniture, pet hair on furniture, personal waste still in toilet, improperly washed dishes, items not put away in appropriate locations.) Drop-offs after 3PM will incur a late charge of $20 per hour.
