2021 Thor Chateau

We had a wonderful time. The hosts, Ralph and Gina, were amazing. They stay connected with us the entire time, making sure we had everything we needed at all times. The RV was beautiful and so comfortable and had so much storage. It had all the amenities we needed. Things couldn't have been better.

We have rented through Outdoorsy a few times now and think the overall process is amazing, any first timers dont worry. This Rv was amazing, it had everything. The bed was so comfy. We loved the two reclinging chairs to watch the tv at night, all 3 tvs are smart tvs :) The hosts were quick at answering my questions, and I had a few, from day one til the final day. They couldnt do enough for us, even got extra pillows. Thank you so much for making our trip such a memorable holiday.

The host was wonderful. We appreciated their helping us. Learn about the camper and even checked upon us during the trip. We would definitely rent this RV again.

It was my first time renting and using a RV. Ralph was amazing! He accommodated to rent it after my short notice request. It was super clean and it had all we need for our family adventure!! Thanks Ralph!!
